Locating leaks at taps, mixers, and joints and sealing them cleanly where possible. This service suits slow drips, damp under sink cabinets, and taps that no longer shut off properly. The cause is explained plainly before any work starts, and a watertight check follows the repair.

Drain Clearing & Trap Check

Clearing of blocked sinks, showers, baths, and toilets with a trap inspection to restore steady flow. The method used is matched to the type of pipework at your property. Nearby fixtures are checked at the same time, and simple maintenance advice is shared before we leave.

Service 3
Fixture Fitting & Pipe Review
Starting at NT$13,500
Fitting taps, valves, hoses, and traps, with toilet, basin, shower, or water heater installation available on request. Every fitting job includes a review of water pressure and pipe condition. The scope is agreed before work begins, each item is demonstrated after installation, and a plain summary is provided.
