Lin Cheng-Yu spent twelve years working for a larger plumbing outfit in Tainan before returning to Beigang in 2011. What he noticed when dealing with call-outs in the area was simple: people often didn't know what was wrong until a plumber had already spent an hour looking, and the bill that followed could be hard to predict.
He started Beigang Pipes with one van, a clear price list, and a commitment to explaining the diagnosis before touching anything. That approach hasn't changed. The team has grown to five people, but the call-out still works the same way: arrive, assess, explain, agree, fix.
We cover Beigang Township and the surrounding Yunlin County area. Most of our work comes from households — apartments, traditional houses, and newer builds. We also take on landlord and property manager accounts for regular maintenance call-outs.
Our approach
We arrive, look at the problem, and explain what we find in plain language. If the repair is straightforward, we do it then. If it's more involved, we tell you what the options are and what each would cost before starting. Nothing proceeds without your agreement.
What we don't do
We don't carry out work that wasn't discussed. We don't recommend a full pipe replacement when a washer will do. We don't invoice for parts that weren't used. If a job turns out to be outside our scope, we say so rather than proceeding badly.

The three services we carry out most frequently are tap and joint leak repair, drain clearing with trap inspection, and fixture fitting with a pipe and pressure review.
