How quickly can you come out?

For most call-outs, we aim for the same day when you contact us before noon. Afternoon requests are typically scheduled for the next morning. We'll confirm your slot when you book.

Are the prices on this site the final price?

The prices shown are starting rates for standard jobs. If the work turns out to be more involved — for example, pipe access behind tiles — we tell you before doing anything extra. You're never charged for scope you didn't agree to.

Do you bring the parts, or do I need to supply them?

We carry common fittings, washers, and connectors in the van. For larger items such as a specific tap model or water heater, we'll let you know in advance so you can purchase the unit or we can source it for you.

What areas do you cover?

Our main working area is Beigang Township and the surrounding Yunlin County townships. If you're elsewhere in the county, contact us and we'll tell you whether a visit is possible on the requested day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and LINE Pay on-site. Bank transfer is available for larger jobs agreed in advance. Payment is settled after the work is complete and you're satisfied.
